13th June 2014
Dear CUMaS members,
Congratulations for surviving this academic year!
For those who are still having their exams, add oil! This is the last CUMaSKini before the start of the summer holidays 🙂
First and foremost, this is just a friendly reminder to members that we need to receive payment to secure your ticket for the Garden Party.
We have also received a lovely CUMaSKini article by Suyin Chalmin-Pui titled “Are you a Feminist?”Â
Lastly, application to CUFIS Oxbridge Foreign Markets trip is now open until 20th June, Friday.

Interested in the dynamic booming Asia Pacific banking industry? The Cambridge University Finance and Investment Society (CUFIS) is the largest finance and investment society at the University of Cambridge. CUFIS is proud to announce one of its flagship events, Oxbridge Foreign Markets Trip to Hong Kong, in collaboration with Oxford Finance Society. You will attend seminars in world’s most prestigious banks, meet HK recruiters in person, and network with bankers who just finished work at desk. Past trip participants successfully got fast-tracked to first-round interviews. We strongly encourage all those interested in a finance career in Asia to apply for a place on the trip. There will also be an alumni dinner for Cambridge and Oxford graduates currently working in Hong Kong financial industries, where trip delegates could gain first-hand advice. Apart from business, it is important to have fun! During the trip there will also be visits to popular tourist sites in Hong Kong and Macau. Whilst the trip is self-funded, we will consider applications for subsidy on merit basis.
