Dear all,

Congratulations to seniors who have graduated and happy summer to all! We have a few announcements regarding events that will be taking place this summer so do scroll down and take a look.

The confirmed schedule for some CUMaS Outreach sessions are as below, hence please check whether you can make it to any. Do mark the 13th of September in your calendar because it’s CUMaS’ 20th Anniversary! CUMaS is as old as some of you! The CUMaS Plus trip is tentatively on the 2nd of August at lavender farm— look out for more details on Facebook! Last but not the least, there is a Medicine in Malaysia Conference and Asia Leadership Conference and Camp. Check those out on Facebook as well.

 1. Outreach Schedule

Below are the confirmed details of our CUMaS Outreach:

Please note that there will be more Outreach sessions apart from the three confirmed above.

 2. CUMaS 20th Anniversary Dinner

The CUMaS 20th Anniversary Dinner will be held on the 13th of September. The venue is yet to be decided but do block this date on your calendar!

 3. CUMaS Plus Trip

CUMaS Plus might be going to hitch in lavender farm on the 2nd of August. Graduates who are staying back in the UK this summer and are interested, please email Cindy Chan at graduates@cumas.org for more information. Alternatively you can look out for more information on our Facebook group page.

 4. Medicine in Malaysia Conference

Greetings!

We here at Malaysian Medics International would like to extend a warm invitation to you to participate in our inaugural medical student conference, dubbed “Medicine in Malaysia”, on the 16th and 17th of August 2014 at the Medical Faculty of Universiti Malaya. The first of its kind here in Malaysia, the conference will be centred around core issues and elements relevant to Malaysian healthcare, as well as workshops on popular specialities and disciplines.

 5. Asia Leadership Conference and Camp 2014
