4a. Free Visa Support Service

International students generally require visas to study in the UK throughout their course. Often the process is straightforward but can sometimes become more complex, for example, where a student has dependents with them, or they overstay their visa or leave to remain in the UK.

Cambridge Immigration Legal Centre offers free advice to existing and prospective students including:
student visas and leave to remain
all Tiers, including Tier 4 student of points-based system
post-study work visas
dependant visas

Most enquiries are answered within 24 hours and give clear specialised guidance.

If the issue is more complicated we offer a range of fixed-fee services which the individual can choose to take. If they prefer not to, or to go elsewhere, they can do so without charge. The free service is available 24/7 at www.cilc.co.uk

For more information or if you have any questions please call Mohammed Alabi LLB, Barrister,
Director on 01223308745 or email mohammed.alabi@cilc.co.uk
